EDIT: I changed some things people pointed out, thanks guys!  Sadly I couldn't change everything I wanted, like Spyro's face, but oh well...Is it... finished?  Kids! Do NOT do this at home! This picture nearly killed me. xD But it was so much fun. <3 I did the sketch more than 1 month ago... Spyro and Cynder were sketched at school and the enemies + background at home, because I needed some references, but I couldn't find something sueful, so I had to improvise.  Anyway, this the first part of my project called "Spyro - Team up". I'll do some more pictures in this style with different dragons to improve.  That's also why I want some useful critique. This project is to try out a new style. A style I want to draw dragons in future in to prepare for my portfolio for an art-university. I know, I still have 2 years to do that, but I doubt I will ever do 100-200 pictures within 2 years.  Oh, another part of the project is to draw the dragons at familiar places from the whole TLoS-triology. Here you can see the dragon-temple and a part of the swamp with those awesome-funny-glow-in-the-dark mushrooms. xD The enemies are from "Dawn of the Dragon". I'm quite satisfied, although Spyro looks messed up. I actually just like how Cynder's head came out. xD This picture was so much fun to draw and I hope I could learn a lot from it. >w<  I hope you like it and I hope the effort was worth it. Sogar noch wower (Neologismu~s) als es zuvor war! +\+ Das ist wirklich hammertoll geworden! x3~ Ich sehe so gut wie Nichts, was du hättest besser machen können (außer vielleicht Spyros Kopf). :3~ Ich bin total baff. xD Die Klippe sieht schon so richtig realistisch aus! xD Die Lichteffekte... alles... einfach super! x3~ Wie ich schon in dem einem Screenshot sagte... es braucht wirklich viel mehr Wörter, um dieses Bild beschreiben zu können! x3~ Ich würde mich wirklich SEHR darüber freuen, mehr von diesen Pics zu sehen! x3~ Achja, und das von dir erwähnte Projekt ist das für die Kunstmappe, richtig? :3 In Liebe, dein Suratan/Squall. <3 -- "Find something to believe in. Wow ich finde das is eins deiner besten bis jetzt : DD Der Hintergrund ist toll udn ich mag Cynder i-wie am meisten in dem bild *_*' Hast dich echt verbessert in dem bild, find ich richtig klasse! <3 Mach nur weiter so : DDDD *fav*   -- 9 of 10 voices in my head say I'm insane, the 10th one is humming the melody of Tetris..  ------ AkuRoku / RiSora / Dexion  Dieses Bild erinnert mich wieder daran, wie sehr ich Spyro DotD liebe <3
Am besten gefällt mir, dass es so viele satte Farben hat und ingsgesamt sehr abwechslungsreich ist. Das einzige, was ich zum kritisieren habe, dass Spyro in seiner Haltung etwas fehl am Platz (Luft) aussieht. Cynder im Gegensatz bewegt sich schö geschmeidig und elegant in der Luft, Spyro ist eher verkrampft ^^ Und btw viel Glück mit der Kunstakademie (auch wenn bis dahin noch Zeit ist), und gib nicht auf, so wie ich ;D -- Humor ist, wenn man trotzdem lacht! ;D Please don't wonder if my English's weird, I always have to look many words up in a nooby dictionary ;D  Meine Güte ist das klasse! Die Farbgebung ist wirklich sehr schön. Cynders Flügel gefallen mir am besten, die leuchten richtig. Auch der Hintergrund gefällt mir sehr gut, alles in allem ein schönes, detailliertes Bild. Das einzige was mich ein wenig stört, ist Spyros Kopf, der sieht aus der Perspektive etwas seltsam aus.
 Wow, das Bild ist ja der Hammer! Die Licht- und Schatteneffekt im Bild. Ich hab nur was an Spyros Kopf auszusetzen, sein Maul ist viel zu weit zu, asl das er Feuer spucken könnte.

Aber etwas anderes habe ichvon dir kaum erwartet.

Critiques
Wow. Hier sieht man wirklich, wie sehr du dich angestrengt hast. All die Farben harmonieren wunderbar miteinander, der Himmel sieht klasse aus und sogar die Wolken sehen dieses mal ziemlich lebensecht aus.
Die Posen der beiden Drachen sind klasse. Die Vorderläufe von Spyro sehen ein wenig steif aus, da hättest du vielleicht noch ein wenig mehr Bewegung reinbringen können. Der Unterschenkel des Hinterlaufs scheint ein wenig zu sehr nach rechts abzustehen, da der Rest des Körpers so aussieht, als würde man direkt draufschauen und der Unterschenkel da ein wenig aus der Reihe tanzt. Die Flügel sind, glaube ich, aus einer etwas falschen Perspektive gezeichnet. Sie müssten ein wenig flacher nach hinten verlaufen.
Der Hinterlauf von Cynder sieht in der Mitte etwas zu rund aus, als wären da keine Knochen. Sonst ist sie klasse geworden.
Die Coloration ist der wundervoll. Ich finde es klasse, dass du dir so viel Mühe gegeben hast, die einzelnen Strukturen und Materialien der verschiedenen Dinge so herauszuheben, und ich denke, dass du das super hinbekommen hast. Das Leuchten auf den einzelnen Schuppen gefällt mir besonders gut.
Der Gegner im Vordergrund ist ein wenig verschwommen, was da nicht so gut passt, da er ja noch näher am Betrachter ist und somit noch schärfer sein sollte.
Das Feuer von Spyro leuchtet etwas wenig. Für mich sieht es eher so aus wie dickflüssiges, rotes Wasser. Ein paar stärkere und schärfere Lichtreflexe und grelles Weiß wäre da vielleicht eine Abhilfe.
Der BG ist wundervoll. Diese Stadt mit den Nebelschwanden sieht klasse aus und bringt auch richtig Stimmung rüber. Für meinen Geschmack ist der Nebel etwas zu blau, oder ist darunter Meer?
Das weiße Gebäude hat wunderbar viele Details, vorallem die Pflanzen und die feinen Risse im Gemäuer.
Der Himmel ist wie gesagt wunderschön. Die Farben passen wunderbar zueinander und sogar die Wolken sehen klasse aus.
Das einzige was mich da vielleicht irritiert, sind diese dunkleren blauen Punkte oben rechts. Sollen das auch Wolken sein?
Alles in allem finde ich, dass das eines deiner besten, wenn nicht sogar dein bestes Bild ist, weiter so!

Wow. I can really see how much you've strained. All the colours blend beautifully with each other, the sky looks great, and even the clouds look quite lifelike this time.
The poses of the two dragons are great. The forelegs of Spyro look a little stiff, you could have given them a little more movement. The shank of his hind leg appears to stick out to the right a little too much, because it seems to me as if you look directly onto the rest of the body. The wings may be a bit out of perspective. I think they should run backwards a little more flat.
The middle of Cynder’ s hind leg is a bit to round, as if there would be no bones. Apart from that she looks great.
The coloration is incredible. It's great that you have put so much effort in drawing the various structures and materials and I think you managed that perfectly. I like the glow on the scales best.
The enemy in the foreground looks a little blurry and I think it should be more edged because it’ s very close to the viewer.
Spyro’ s fire is somewhat matt. It looks more like thick, red water for me. A few stronger and sharper reflections and some bright white stripes could put things right.
The background is wonderful. That place above the clouds has something mysterious. In my opinion the clouds are a bit to blue. (or are they above the sea?)
The white building has many wonderful details, especially the plants and the subtle cracks in the walls.
The sky is beautiful. The colors match perfectly, and even the clouds look great.
The only thing that irritates me are dark blue points in the upper right corner. Are they supposed to be clouds, too?
All in all, I think that’ s one of your best pics and maybe even the best one. Keep it up!
